# SHDB-AF: a Japanese Holter ECG database of atrial fibrillation Contain annotated ECG records from 100 unique patients with paroxysmal AF. It contain both Holter recordings, peak annotations and the annotations for Supraventricular arrhythmias that were divided into five categories: - (AFIB (atrial fibrillation); - (AFL (atrial flutter); - (AT (atrial tachycardia); - (PAT (Other supraventricular tachycardias such as Wolf-Parkinson-White) and (NOD (intranodal tachycardias); and - (N (other, such as NSR, that were not labeled). ----------- ## Content: ECG files (with the suffix .dat) contains two channel ECG (denoted as 'ECG1' and 'ECG2'), year of recording (under 'base_year') and the relative starting time of recording during the day (under ‘base_time’ field). The rhythm annotation files are deonted with the suffix .atr . The R-peaks annotations were automatically detected using epltd algorithm and are located in the files with the suffix .qrs . Additionally, the AdditionalData.csv file details the clinical and demographic information. Columns: - -> A unique three digit identifier. - -> ??? - -> The subject's age in years at the time of the record. - -> The subject's sex, which can be "male" or "female". - -> The final diagnosis based on the medical report prepared following the Holter examinations. - -> Indicator. Weather AFL was presented in the Holter recording. - -> Indicator. whether the Holter recording was performed after a catheter ablation. - -> Indicator. whether or not the subject had a pacemaker implemented during the Holter recording. - -> This field accommodates additional insights or noteworthy information concerning the record. - -> The year of the first subject's diagnosis for AF. - -> Any permanent medication consumed by the subject prior to Holter recording. - <1st AF ablation> -> The subject's year of the first AF ablation if performed. - <2nd AF ablation> ->  The subject's year of the second AF ablation if performed. - <3rd AF ablation> ->  The subject's year of the third AF ablation if performed. - -> This field is used to indicate whether the record corresponds to a follow-up visit. Each file name corresponds to a unique study ID, i.e. the field 'Study ID' in the AdditionalData.csv. -------- Citation ``` ```
