Low-rate records

Low-rate records (defined as those that are sampled at rates of 10 Hz or less) are displayed by default at a time scale of 5 mm per minute. To change this default, simply change to the desired scale (all of the standard scales are available in any case) click on $\ovalbox{\rule[-.3mm]{0cm}{2.5mm}\small\sf ~Redraw~}$ , and then on $\ovalbox{\rule[-.3mm]{0cm}{2.5mm}\small\sf ~Save as new defaults~}$ while a low-rate record is open.
